YT-146 USS Hoga
Woban-Class Harbor Tug Hoga (Sioux for "fish") was built in 1940 for the US Navy and was present at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7th 1941. She served at Pearl until 1948 when she was loaned (and bought) to the Port of Oakland as a fireboat, and was renamed "Port of Oakland" then "City of Oakland." She was declared a national historic landmark in 1989 but decline of the fireboat resulted in her returning to the Navy in 1994 and storage in the SBRF. She was donated to the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum in 2005, but didn't arrive until a decade later, in November 2015. She is currently under reconstruction.
